Pricing, Policies and Planning

Price for all services covers the cost of all ingredients, shopping and (where applicable) the chef’s fee as well as cooking and clean-up.

For larger parties you may want to check my catering business.

I typically can accommodate up to 25 guests for plated meals, up to 50 for cocktail parties/buffet or Tasting Stations. Minimum total booking is $600.00 (exceptions may be made for very local events for 2-4 diners, please inquire). For parties up to 6 guests, this minimum includes a server and tabletop rentals, if required, as well as gratuity (may vary with menu). When the party size reaches 7 guests, total staffing fee is $150, when the party size reaches 14 guests, total staffing fee becomes $300.

Once minimum is met, the base price per person is (this pricing may vary with final menu, by +/- $10).:
$80.00 for a 4-5 course brunch, lunch or dinner prepared and served in your home.
$100.00 for a 6-7 course meal prepared and served in your home.
$60.00 for a 3-course meal prepared and served in your home.

Surcharges will apply for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Cinco de Mayo and Jewish Holiday dinners.

FOR VACATION RENTAL GUESTS ONLY, some of our menus are available as ready-to-heat, pre-prepared meals “DROP & SERVE” delivered to your vacation rental or “SHOP & COOK“, where we deliver all the ingredients and you cook in your vacation rental kitchen, with recipes provided by Chef Andrea.

Drop & Serve dinners start at $50/person with at $500 minimum.*
Shop & Cook dinners start at $35/person with a $400 minimum.*

FOR BUFFET OR FAMILY-STYLE SERVICE, cocktail parties, tasting stations and dessert bar or other service of your choice, please ask for our per event pricing .

18% gratuity will appear on your bill. Additional gratuity is at the discretion of the host.
Prices include tabletop rentals for groups of ten or less; our usual rental rates per our catering service website apply for larger groups: for detail.
Additional servers or bartenders are available starting at $25/hour for servers, 3 hour minimum for bar.

Our catered event pricing, which is designed for guests lists from 25-80 guests, is usually $42-$55 per person for entrée(s), two sides and salad, and includes handmade tortillas and dessert.
